I’m Kathleen or Katie or Kate. Whichever you prefer, really. I’m a twenty-four-year-old literature grad student with a passion for wine and a love of veggies. 

 

I’ve been learning about wine since I turned twenty-one, but I recently made the switch to vegetarianism, and I realized that most winos who care about food eat a whole lot of meat. So here we are: a twenty-four-year-old trying to pair inexpensive wine with inexpensive vegetarian meals. Because, well, everything I do needs to be inexpensive (#gradschoolprobs).
